Refund policy

Octane Meals does not accept returns on any item unless it is defective, damaged, or there is receiving discrepancy. In order for your claim to be processed, you must contact us at octanemeals@gmail.com prior to returning any items to receive a return claim authorization. We will provide you with a claim number connected to your order. All claims must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and then returned within 10 days of authorization. Damaged or defective returns must be unused and unopened, and returned in the original shipping box before a refund will be issued. No product will be refunded without prior authorization.
